It has to do with my theme, which is BeTheme, and the Muffin Builder page builder. The tab was moved with an update and I missed it. This plugin Does not work. I have created a form, and entered in my client API key, as well as the API Subscriber List ID, in the appropriate boxes. I placed the form, via short code, on my website. When I tested the form, I received the CC of the form fill, as indicated in the additional headers box on the mail tab, but the information was not imported into Campaign Monitor to create a new record and start the journey I have set up. This is literally the whole job of this plugin, and it is not doing it. And the documentation is not helpful at all.
