Noticed last email received was Nov 16, 2021. Sent message from contact page, not logged in. Says message was sent successfully but when I log into email client, the email is not there. Funny because Germany is a country I have blocked I thought. Anyway I had a customer who reported these errors take a drive through after I made the first changes above and was reported no problems now. I have another taking a drive through today. * I keep plugins updated faithfully so is the latest onsite, spam and firewall. Should I go ahead a deactivate etc, I would have no way of knowing if it helped unless I got more reports from customers. * ALso since it is age not found errors, the antispam would/could be causing that as appose to the firewall plugin by CleanTalk? I do keep site updated and just went through a few Clean Talk plugin updates these past several days. Do I still need to reinstall the plugin vis complete deactivation option? The Firewall plugin? (We use both spam and firewall) Thank you for checking the site from different countries. Appreciate it. Only thing is I set the plugin to not allow any other countries but USA & Canada so how did you do that? When I click the drop down the links are overlaying the page content rather than dropping down to the right. I did set in shop settings yes. I use Ultimate Expandable Woocommerce Categories plugin by Magnium Themes. Under my Virtue Child Theme folder I have a woocommerce folder for any updates I hae to do manually for woocommerce. a functions and style.css which I haven’t done any thing with since building the child theme when I first started using Virtue. In the meantime woocommerce support got back. They made a suggestion to pass onto theme dev. May not be security related but I couldn’t log in to my site or go anywhere past first page until I disabled the antispam plug in via ftp. So I sent the host your message above and this is what they said ” I do not know if the antispam thing is preventing wordpress from working, but it is preventing the command line utility from accessing it. ” SWo I ftp’s site and renamed the antispam folder. Then I was able to access. Please check the antipspam thing.
