How to place it in the header with the copy paste function? * The header code is not unique and changes by the ad unit so not a solution to place it into the theme to fire on all pages. * There is another plugin and you can see the instruction they provided. I think it starting showing after introducing the caching strategies add-on. Please see in the chrome dev console of the superpwa. com.
