You can use and FTP client and delete all files in the directory. I am starting updates again and will make sure there is a backend feature to do this. The concept is not to return invalid login data by itself, then hackers could continue to try usernames and passwords which makes the concept of the pin protection useless. The login pin is generated each time from the users login name, so not easily hacked because you would be notified instantly if someone was attempting to access the account and the pin and password need to be submitted together for a successful login. You can set the length and type of login code also to make a stronger pin if you wish. I would ask you to read through the settings and code and take time to understand the process before making statements so you do not mislead other users looking at your review for more information. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and select the front end page that contains your theme my login profile and save the settings. They can login the same way you do or you can use a plugin like theme my login to allow users to log in from a page. It will not fix the extra character in feed errors. It applies a patch to the site index in to use a script to process the whitespace before the feed parses. I could add a manual option to allow you to fix all whitespace based on what was found.
