Non, c’est bien le problème, il n’y a aucun n° de point de retrait dans la métabox CDI. Et je ne pense pas que le client ait changé de mode de livraison car dans la zone article, le mode de livraison spécifié est bien “Colissimo point de retrait”. Et le montant des frais de port payé par le client correspond bien à la livraison en point de retrait. Et pour finir, les clients en question nous ont signalé leur incompréhension d’avoir reçu leur commande à leur domicile et non en point retrait. Nous avons eu au moins 3 commandes dans ce cas. Auriez-vous une piste ? Il s’agit du plug’in Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics qui pose problème. Ce plug’in permet de renvoyer Google Analytics des données spécifiques à l’ecommerce.
