   PS – I’m on the cusp of becoming a paying customer
   of your product! **Please try harder to sound welcoming instead of dismissive
   of the help I need. **Yes, you’re going to be dealing with a lot of beginner 
   and intermediate users here on this forum, so we’re going to need some hand-holding.
   Not everyone is an expert level WP developer.
