Thanks Steven for getting back to me. Highly appreciated.
1. The shortcode is: [connections]
2. The cMap Template Customizer has a tick and is enabled
3. The addresses all have latitude and longitude.
I added a new entry and clicked the Geocode tap and a square boxed appeared but the map did not show.
Is there anything else I can do?
