I don’t understand how the support team running the plugin cannot know about this. There is something wrong, web stories went from having multiple stories receiving traffic and then one day they all just disappear. That’s not how web stories have ever worked since they started. * Google claims they fixed the October bug, but it is not fixed as there are numerous reports of people this month receiving zero traffic or impressions. I would think the app would have knowledge of these types of issues. It’s very frustrating spending hours creating web stories only to hear they do not work. There are numerous reports that people are seeing zero traffic from web stories right now. Do they work? Is there a bug? So there is a serious disconnect in all of your tutorials which never even mention this. * Additionally, why wouldn’t there be a way to track ALL click throughs so our stories can be customized? I don’t even see the call to action you posted in your photo, what template is this from. * I put “Make This”, “Get Recipe”, “Learn More”….and link to the article. Re-saved it as a zip. Uploaded it onto my site and activated the plugin. Do you have a tutorial or documentation that shows how to get this plugin to work? * “Then change your GA ID and the story_page_attachment_enter event should continue to work.” * This makes no sense, change what and where? No one uses GA yet because it’s still too limited. The plugin doesn’t even accept that. The reason we create web stories in the first place is to drive traffic to our websites. Without this metric, there is no way of knowing if there is any click through traffic. How this is not a consideration, or how the plugin itself does not have any built in analytics truly blows my mind. * What do you mean “change my GA ID”, everyone is still using Universal. You should be able to crop an image and enlarge it without the image coming distorted. These are simple tasks that would take less than 20 seconds to do in Canva and they do not work properly in this plugin. Just two days ago everything worked just fine until the “duplicate” feature went missing and I updated the plugin. Now the cover images wont load.
