I actually figured it out! It was the Ezoic CDN service which was causing the caching issue, I disable it and purged the cache. The site is loading fine now.

How do I disable it? I have disabled Cloudflare and turned off the Lite web cache manager from my CPanel. What else should I do to disable it? I’m confused!
