 * Thanks dbarrett; the problem is I can’t access my old site wordpress in order
   to install the pluggin, all i can access is the host on Parallels along with 
   the host folders! is there a way that wordpress can point me to the old site 
   then reset my password to it in order to access, install the plugin, then backup.
   all help is much appreciated.

 * Thanks, I did the steps through FTP and it downloaded worth 200MB of data, but
   I could not restore it in my local wordpress (through webmatrix) to verify if
   its all there, any idea how I can import it into my local wordpress?
