I know for sure this coupon was used recently. What could be wrong? The issue is permanent. As I wrote some transactions are recorded and some not. I have two orders from Aug 9th for example who were not recorded. The SKU/ID of the products is not the problem 2. I’m not using a custom thank you page. 2. The missed purchases are using credit card, same method as the recorded purchases. 3. Cannot remember which changed were made which could affect this behaviour. It’s been more than a year. 4.
