 * Yes, both scenarios seems to break the site. Either individually or used together.

 * The challenge is even when the JS Combine External and Inline option is tuned
   off the problem still persists.
 * I’m assuming when this option is unchecked then the inline script remains untouched.

 * Hi thank you for taking the time to reply.
    I have already disabled the CDN and
   cleared all caches. It is possible that the browser or other CDN caches are still
   being cleared. One avenue I am trying to turning off the option which preloads
   when you hover over links. This seems to be calling the cart page before items
   can be added.

 * They can add it into the local apache config file but not into the main file 
   as I am on shared hosting. This might be the main issue

 * When I load the GTMetrix speed test the only thing that is slowing the site down
   is the admin-ajax.php at almost 8 seconds. This exclusively contains data from
   the currency switcher plugin.
