I have not heard of this error happening before. Could you give me a little more information to better diagnose what is going on?
1) PHP version.
2) Browser and version.
3) Do you notice any errors in the console of your browser (right click the screen and hit “developer tool”, click the “Console” tab, and repeat that action.
4) WordPress version?To be clear, the
asattribute is different from the mime type. The mime type is something liketext/html, whereas theasbasically states in layman’s terms what resource type you are using (image, font, script, etc).Forum: Plugins

The crossorigin checkbox should be disabled when you don’t have preconnect/preload selected, so that it does not confuse users into inserting an invalid attribute. This is something I added in 1.7.5.
