 * Hi Piotr, I found the issue inside a wordpress plugin called share and follow.
   There’s an option for something called gravatar which was the image that kept
   appearing. You need to deselct this and it should work ok.

 * I’ve even tried that. In the featured image – in the post – the annoying thing
   is that about once a week it works. So essentially is there nothing we can do?
