 * When I try to log into my admin I get
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/samko12/public_html/
   wp-includes/vars.php on line 16
 * I am absolutely lost. Don’t know what to do and how to fix it. My host is HostGator
   and they told me to upgrade my WP,I have no idea how to do anything.
 * I need someone pretend I am stupid and tell me step by step how to fix this
