 * I too am having the same issue where my header and sidebar opt-in widget are 
   removed when activating the SSL checkout page.
 * Copyblogger support has not been helpful AT ALL so I am hoping you can provide
   more detail on the ‘sufusion options, backend, site optimisation’.

 * Thank you. I have done that already with no response. And I don’t see anything
   in the theme options panel.
