    our current version is 2.0.4 we cannot see anything fixed. my solution would
   be to add a snippet to the functions.php `add_action( 'template_redirect', 'define_default_payment_gateway');`
   plus in cannot find any box to check at PP+ for changing the order.

    is that a typical wp woocommerce problem? because on other software / pages

 * And if there is no other solution regarding to #1 the default to bank transfer
   when visiting first time the chkout please.
