 * it’s a monster theme, but i would like to do it in the php.. i changed the shop
   header in woocommerce.php by styling a top margin and it worked great:

 * I took the title off because i was frustrated.. i have now put it back in and
   put the code in my custom CSS section.. . still no changes. Let me know if I 
   can give you anything else.. thanks for the help.

 * and actually.. the better solution would be to move the slider under the navigation
   and have it react just as the navigation does when i resize.
 * I’m hoping to put some widgets below that to fill out the page.. but until i 
   have the slider working correctly, it’s very difficult

 * thanks for the reply! i am indeed working in a child theme, but i placed this
   code and adjusted the numbers several times and it doesn’t appear to have any
   effect. I also tried it in the custom CSS section of my theme just for fun, and
   still nothing.
 * Any other ideas? Thanks again
