Now, we always do auth first and settle/capture the next day. * IP shows on the bottom as marked red. * I’ll email you and hopefully we work this our, I’d really appreciate your help as this IP thing is making me crazy. Just today I charged another customer and payment got stopped right at Verified by VISA probably because VISA/Customers Isser Bank is thinking the payment is being charged on a completely different IP than the billing address location. So customer has to call the bank and tell them it’s ok charge and nothing is wrong. For some reason 3D Secure don’t work anymore now from last 5-7 days. My 6 transactions went through in one click without redirecting customer for 3d secure. I thought the problem is with plugin however I checked with NMI and they acknowledged that the problem is with their side. They said that 4-5 more businesses have told them about this issue and their engineering team is looking into this. Plugin should not be a problem as it hasn’t been updated from quite a while and 7 days ago my transactions were going through 3d secure.
