    Hello,

    Please check the screenshot. https://ibb.co/g3B1LJ This change in the latest update is creating the problem. This would affect many live websites.

    I guess because of this depth condition, description is displayed for parent menu. Child items are not displaying the description. In version 1.5.15, this was the other way around.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme. We are really very sorry but currently, BizPoint does not support WooCommerce.

    Still, if you want CSS fix for checkout page, add following CSS:

    .woocommerce-checkout .col-1, .woocommerce-checkout .col-2 {
        -ms-flex: 0 0 50%;
        flex: 0 0 50%;
        max-width: 50;
    }

    .woocommerce-checkout .form-row {
        display: block;
    }

    Let us know if you need any help.

    Ohhh! I had missed that. Looking at the default value as 14, I considered that it is in px. My bad. It works perfectly when termination is added. Thank you for the quick response.

    One more question. Can I add a button to the end of the main menu? Instead of the search icon, I want to add a button styled link to ‘Contact Us’ page. How can I achieve this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for using BizPoint for your website.

    Yes, you can remove it by using simple CSS which is given below. Why don’t you consider upgrading your theme to premium version? You can change the text as per your requirement whenever you want. Additionally, you get more features with it. Please check https://themes.salttechno.com/wordpress-theme/bizpoint-premium/.

    You can get 20% discount by using code 20OFF during checkout. This offer is valid for limited time.

    If you want to just hide the text in the footer, use this CSS:

    .site-info {
      visibility: hidden;
    }

    If you want to hide complete footer, use this CSS:

    .bp-footer-bg {
      display: none;
    }

    You can enter this CSS by going to ‘Appearance > Edit CSS’ from your admin dashboard.

    I hope this helps.

    If I could take 2 min of your time, I’d really appreciate if you could share your thoughts about my theme and give us 5-star review on https://wordpress.org/support/theme/bizpoint/reviews/#new-post.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme and for updating the ticket with the solution.

    We are currently updating our documentation where we are adding a solution for creating the child theme.

    For others, who are looking for the help in creating a child theme, you can use above solution or there is a plugin available which can help you in creating a child theme. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-configurator/

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    I just checked the link https://easyrsgold.com/. From Chrome’s console, I can see that theme are few Javascript errors.

    The first thing you should do is, make sure that your WordPress install is updated to latest version. Also, update all of your plugins to the latest version. I can see one javascript error from the himalayas.js file which is used by your theme. Make sure that your theme is also updated.

    If you have already done all these things and still getting an issue, try deactivating all plugins. Check if all the basic functionality works properly like Custom CSS and media library issues. Also, try changing your theme to something basic like Twenty Seventeen with all plugins disabled.

    Then activate required plugins one by one. You would be able to understand which plugin is causing these issues.

    Update this ticket if these steps don’t resolve all the issues.

    Frontend Options panel is displayed is now displayed only if it is required.

    If you are not using ‘Static Page’ as a front-page it is not required. Similarly, if you are not using ‘Default Template’ as a template for the front page, it’s content is not managed via Customizer and hence it is not required to display in Customizer.

    Thank you, Kerry, for your feedback.

    We would try our best to add support for Amazon S3 as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme.

    As I can see from your link, you have already replaced Roboto at many places. You can change your site font using some plugin. Or, you can use the following solution.

    Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and put the following CSS code:

    body, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
       font-family: 'Roboto'!important;
    }

    Make sure you have already imported Google font.

    This should resolve your issue. Let us know if this doesn’t work. Upgrade to the premium version for quicker support.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our theme. Your website is looking nice.

    From the link that you have shared, I can see that you already have a bold title (Top Rated Trampolines 2017). If you are asking about the page title (Best Trampoline Reviews 2017 – Safest & Top Rated Trampolines), you will have to do it by using additional CSS. If you are looking for this solution, follow these steps:

    1. Login to your WordPress admin dashboard.
    2. Go-to ‘Appreance > Customize > Additional CSS’.
    3. Add following CSS code:
    4. .st-primary-wrapper .page .entry-title {
          font-weight: bold;
          font-size: 26px; // Use font size as per your choice
      }

    5. Save settings

    Let us know if this doesn’t help.
