 * Thanks so much for installing Bulk Edit Upsells & Cross-Sells for WooCommerce
   and for taking the time to leave a thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that
   the core functionality is working as advertised.
   However, your comments are highly
   misleading particularly your claim that “**you must copy and paste each product
   ID manually**” you can simply pick your source products from the dropdown menu
   in any field—no manual ID copying required. It’s a time saver for many and you
   can check it from other reviews.Regarding the free version’s limit of 5 products
   per batch, that cap is in place to keep the plugin lightweight for users who
   only need occasional bulk edits. We understand that the free edition may feel
   restrictive if you’re managing a large catalog. For power users, our premium
   plan (currently $90/year) removes that limit entirely and adds features like :–**
   AI Powered Product Suggestions** – If you have a ChatGPT plus account, you can
   directly set recommendations using AI using ChatGPT API.– **Supports Related
   Products** -Allows you to edit **Related Products** from the same dashboard.–**
   AJAX Sliders** – that allow you to load as many products wihtout breaking your
   product pageand much more.Your feedback is invaluable as we plan future enhancements—
   if there’s anything you think would make bulk editing even smoother, please let
   us know. Thanks again for helping us build a better tool!

 * Hi Mohan,
 * Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and concerns. We
   truly appreciate your interest in our “AI Product Recommendations for WooCommerce”
   plugin.
 * Regarding the free version of the plugin — we’ve aimed to include all essential
   and basic recommendation features to allow users to meaningfully experience its
   core value. However, we also recognize that expectations can vary based on specific
   use cases.
 * To help us serve you better, could you kindly specify which features you feel
   are missing or would be valuable to have in the free version? We’re always open
   to suggestions and genuinely consider user input when planning future updates
   and improvements.
 * Our goal is to strike a balance between providing a useful free tool and sustaining
   development through the premium features. Your support and insights help us move
   closer to that goal.
 * Looking forward to your suggestions!
 * Best regards,
   Support Team.

 * [@mistercode](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mistercode/) We have reviewed
   your query again and found a possible reason why the category counts might be
   affected. To change the catalog visibility of a product to display in ‘Shop and
   search results,’ follow these steps:
 * In your WordPress dashboard, go to Products > All Products, edit the product,
   locate the Catalog visibility option in the Publish section, click Edit, select
   Shop and search results, and click Update to save the changes.

 * [@mistercode](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mistercode/) Apologies for
   a late response. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be fixed. The
   problem with WooCommerce is that it maintains number of products with their stock
   status’ in 2 different places in database. One is internal product table and
   the other is
   The product count varies because it comes from product lookup table
   where we aren’t changing the stock status to ‘Discontinued’ from ‘Out-of-stock’.
   Ideally this table isn’t to be modified as it is used by WooCommerce for different
   internal purposes. (like searching products in the backend). We also don’t have
   any hooks to update the product count either. So, the only workaround is that
   you stop displaying the product count.

   [@fromb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fromb/) Thank you for your patience
   and understanding. We have finally released a feature in our PRO version which
   comes with a seperate shortcode that works well with custom product pages that
   are built using Elementor Builder or any other builder/ theme.
   To see how it
   works, you can check it [here](https://www.saffiretech.com/docs/sft-woocommerce-discontinued-product-stock-status/#tab_66c5c215b5d66).

 * [@calebweeks](https://wordpress.org/support/users/calebweeks/) We know it has
   been like a year and we really apologize for the delay in our response. Actually
   the label of that setting was a bit confusing. It is an advanced setting that
   allows you to automatically discontinue product once the stock reaches zero.
   We have[ fixed this label](https://ps.w.org/discontinued-product-stock-status-woocommerce/assets/screenshot-5.png?rev=3061464)
   in recent version of the plugin. In your video, we checked that the product quantity
   was ‘1’ and as a result it didn’t show the discontinued message because it only
   makes a product discontinued once the quanitty hits zero.
 * If you wanted to directly discontinued product immediately regardless of the
   quantity, you can do that directly do that using the setting in [this screenshot](https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49229936?key=4aca8b4a2eef6fd1bd877b45dda12186).

   If you are still facing issues, please free to reach out.
 * [@jamesc91](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jamesc91/) [@fromb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fromb/)
   Apologies for the late response. For the Elementor, we couldn’t do that because
   Elementor didn’t provide us any action / filter hook that we could use to make
   it compatible.
   As a result, we are working on creating a custom shortcode that
   you can put directly in your elementor product page which will show the discontinued
   message. You can expect the shortcode update to be released by the end of the
   next week.
 * Please feel free to reachout if you face any issues.
