 * Thank you for your quick response. I removed WP Mail SMTP and try your suggested
   plugin however, i encountered this message “WordPress (or another plugin) is 
   currently handling email delivery, not Postman.”

 * WordPress released 4.2.2 and the problem still exist. I still cant upgrade plugins.
