 * Hello taliabarlev,
   I am not aware of any conflicts related to those plugins,
   and PMB should work with other languages like Hebrew.Could you please follow
   these instructions in our User Guide explaining how to send us your debug information?
   Note: Please do not paste your debug information here.User Guide Link: [https://printmy.blog/user-guide/getting-started/11-getting-help/](https://printmy.blog/user-guide/getting-started/11-getting-help/)
   This will help us understand what is going on more clearly. Could you also share
   a screenshot of what you are seeing?Best regards,Ryan

 * Hello Stephfirst3,
   You should be able to see it in the WordPress dashboard side
   bar as a separate item under Settings. Depending on what other plugins you have
   installed it might not appear directly under Settings, but it should be nearby.
   See the screenshot for an example of the location:
 * ![](https://i0.wp.com/printmy.blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/pmb-plugin-location.
   png?ssl=1)
 * If you still cannot find it or if it is not appearing for you, please let me
   know.

 * Hello [@neekoola](https://wordpress.org/support/users/neekoola/),
 * Thank you for contacting us.
 * I believe I have seen this error before with a user who was using the Divi theme.
   Are you by any chance using that theme?
 * If not, could you please specify what theme you are using, and list your active
   plugins?
 * Could you also please tell me your WordPress and PHP versions?
 * Thank you for your patience.
 * Best regards,
 * Ryan

 * Thank you for providing the additional context and the link to the page in question.

   I believe the subtitle you are referring to is the “entry-teaser” element with
   the text “Valence, with just 65,000 inhabitants, lies geographically roughly
   halfway between Lyon and Avignon. The capital of the French department of Drôme
   is considered the “Gateway to Provence,” an industrial center, and a hub for
   agricultural products…”Is that correct?
 * If so, I’m afraid that is custom content that PMB does not normally grab when
   it generates the print page.
 * The WordPress content elements that PMB is able to grab and display on the print
   page are these:
 * Title
   IDAuthorURLPublished DateCategories and TagsFeatured ImageExcerptContentCommentsExtra
   dividing line at end of post
 * To display the “entry-teaser” content you would need to either set up a custom
   integration, or move that content into the Post content area or possibly define
   it as the Post excerpt.
 * I hope that answers your question. I’m sorry that there isn’t an easy out-of-
   the-box solution for you.
 * Please let me know if you have any other questions or need any additional help.

 * Hello [@micmac66](https://wordpress.org/support/users/micmac66/),
 * There are several ways to create a PDF with Print My Blog.
 * Could you tell me a little bit more about what you are trying to achieve?
 * Also, could you explain what you mean by “print the subtitle”?
 * By the way, you may find the Print My Blog User Guide useful: [https://printmy.blog/user-guide/](https://printmy.blog/user-guide/)

 * Hello Marc,
   Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please let
   me know where you are seeing these warnings?Are you still able to use the plugin
   or do the warnings prevent you from using the plugin?I’ve created a GitHub issue
   for this and we will attempt to address it in a future update. Best regards,Ryan

 * Hello [nextbracket](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nextbracket/),
   Thank
   you for contacting us.It looks like there is an Elementor CSS rule that is hiding
   the Post Title on the Print My Blog Print Page.You can override it by adding
   a custom CSS rule.Follow these steps:1. Go to wp-admin on your website.2. On
   the left, under “Appearance”, click “Customize”.3. On the left, under “Additional
   CSS” add the following CSS Rule:h1.entry-title.pmb-header { display: block;}If
   you do that, the Post Title should appear on the Print Page.Please let me know
   if you have any other questions.

 * Hello Istok,
   I checked the projects listed in your debug information and tested
   printing them to PDF, but I’m afraid I could not see that red mark you mentioned
   in your first post.1. Do you see that red mark when you view your Print Page
   in the browser, before pushing “Download Test PDF”?2. “Here is some red P to
   see” – I’m not sure what this screenshot is supposed to show me. Could you explain
   a little more, please?Thank you for your patience.

 * Hello Istok,
   Thank you for reaching out to us. It is difficult for me to tell
   where that red mark is coming from just those images.1. Does the red mark look
   the same on every page?2. Is this occurring on the same website as your first
   project?3. Is this occurring on all posts or is it only occurring on a specific
   post?Would you mind sending us your debug information?From the WordPress backend
   go “Print My Blog > Help” and push the blue button at the bottom. This sends
   us a copy of your debug information, which we can use to view your latest project
   and see if there are any errors etc. Please do not paste your debug information
   here as it may contain information that you might want to avoid posting on public
   forums.Thank you for your patience,Ryan
