   I was able to get it working by using a different authenticator app as you suggested.

 * Hi [@wfadam](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wfadam/) – I’m not sure what
   you mean by deactivating since is the issue is that I can’t activate it.
 * I do have access to the dashboard. 2FA works fine for the other user/superadmin.
   Both that account and the new account I am trying to create are on the same multisite.

 * Thanks, Adam. I have the pro version. So would I choose “user-selected plan”?
   Do I also need to connect the plan with a product/price I’ve set up in Stripe?
   Currently when testing I get a “no such plan” message when I click the pay button.
