Did you ever resolve this? I have a local dev environment which has worked great for over a year using DWCC/MAMP/WP. The site is currently running fine in local browsers. I used to have Live view working quite well and DW displayed all the related files without issue. I loved it. Now I’m getting the dreaded *dreamweaver dynamically-related files cannot be resolved* error. I can actually see the live preview and inspect code but all I see are a couple of PHP files, plus the JS and CSS files. Have tried switching permalink settings and reviewing my site configs to no avail. Frustration.
