I am no longer trying to use this plugin, so I will go ahead and mark this as resolved. I have had the fatal error message once more since switching my themes after deleting the plugin, so I’m guessing it is completely unrelated to the Simple Hooks plugin. Feel free to delete my comment if you want; I would but don’t seem to be able to.
