 * Hello, the trouble is that there are many other operators other than Royal Mail,
   and if your client does not use Royal Mail then there is no API key service available.
 * Looking at WooCommerce competition like Magento this software does postcodes 
   really really well (such as table rates) even without a 3’d party plugins.
 * The UK is such a huge market I can’t work out why this has not already been added
   as standard. I feel that the Woo team has greatly underestimated how many customers
   they have in the UK market, and taken “that will do attitude”.
 * If anyone is interested; here are the postcodes where you would expect to see
   higher than normal prices, these postcodes would be the same for most carriers
   including Royal Mail.
 * England Postcodes
    IV KW AB PH PA 21-999 PH PO 30-41
 * Scotland Postcodes
    DD FK PA G KY EH ML KA DG TD EX TQ PL TR
 * Northern Ireland Postcodes
    BT – all Northern Ireland basically
