 * This may sound ridiculous, but I noticed there were two fields and I was entering
   my info into the first one (user/pass). I tried entering the username into the
   first field and the password into the second, and it worked just fine.

 * Same question. I run an alumni site and our image captions are full of names,
   class years, etc. People are constantly searching for names but the galleries
   do not show up in the results.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.
