 * Yes i selected the date- 2021-01-13 12:00:00

 * Please don’t check the website in the computer browser. Use your mobile phone.
   Then check the website and you will get the scrolling issue.
    And I have deactivated
   all other plugins. All is okay. Only elements kit lite plugin is the issue. I
   have used the twenty-twenty default theme. Please recheck on your phone again.
   Then you will get the issue. I will wait for your response. Best regards Rummman
