 * We are upgrading from 1.2 to 1.5. After deleting old files and uploading new
files, and editing wp-config.php apprpriately, a visit to wp-admin/upgrade.php
results in no output whatsoever (although the delay of 3-5 seconds indicates
   it’s trying to execute wp-admin/upgrade-functions.php).
 * If we want to do a “clean install” of 1.5, then what is the procedure for exporting/
   importing the existing content?
