 * I am experiencing the same problem, which began a day after update to WP 3.0.

 * The issue I’m having is that only the home page and corollary pages (media, about)
   are logging hits.
 * The Top Posts & Pages area usually logs the bulk of our daily hits (via twitter,
   google, direct links, etc.), but now that’s missing. So I can’t tell which posts
   are actually getting hits, even though I know for a fact that they’re getting
   those hits.
 * This started 48 or so hours ago, about a day or two after updating to WP 3.0.
   Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? It’s very annoying.
