 * [@cocojambo89](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cocojambo89/) – I’ve installed
   WordPress 6.9 & WooCommerce Version 10.4.3 on our test server, and I don’t have
   any problem seeing the PickingPal menu.

 * Have you tried disabling everything except for WooCommerce and PickingPal Lite?

 * [@webfantastic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/webfantastic/) – Thanks for
   the reply and for the additional information.
 * The paid versions of PickingPal support something called “warehouse location”,
   and the pick lists and line items on the pick ticket can be sorted in ascending
   alpha/numeric order.
 * The running assumption is that a company will organize a warehouse to optimize
   picking flow or at the very least, put like items somewhat near to each other.
   I designed it this way as a result of my own warehouse setup.
 * In our warehouse, each storage rack had 4 shelves, with 3 large product bins
   per shelf. So, 12 bins per storage rack. In each row of our warehouse, we had
   12-14 storage racks long (on right & left). We had row designators (A, B, C,
   D, E, F), then storage rack placement designators (1, 2, 3, 4….24+), then bin
   location designators per shelf (1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C…).
 * Thus, each product had a very specific warehouse location as a string: B-10-1A(
   row B, storage rack 10, bin 1A).
 * On a Pick Ticket or Pick List, we could sort them by warehouse location to keep
   the picking flow optimized, like:
 * Line item 1: B-10-1A
   Line item 2: B-13-4Betc…
 * Hope that make sense. I assume this model could work for assembly or for supermarkets.
 * PickingPal cannot change the order line items at this time because in most cases,
   that could/would change the cost, tax, shipping of an order. If that increased
   the order cost, the difference would need to be collected. If that decreased
   the order cost, a refund would need to be issued. Since PickingPal can’t know
   how to treat order that have been changed, we leave that to the store operator
   to handle at the order level first, then picking can happen after.

 * We haven’t officially started the requirements for paperless picking. So, not
   likely until after the new year.
 * But, if you wouldn’t mind, please visit the main PickingPal website and shoot
   me a message using the contact form. Would love to interview you via Zoom to
   learn about how you’ve used paperless picking before.

 * [@webfantastic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/webfantastic/) – thanks for
   your questions!
 * PickingPal Lite gives you basic picking functionality. If you’re looking for
   more advanced features, like warehouse locations, thumbnail images in picking
   window, pick lists, etc. you should consider checking out PickingPal or PickingPal
   Pro.
 * We’re also in the process of adding paperless picking, and some other features,
   but they are slated for either PickingPal or Pro.
 * If you have any other questions, please feel free to post them here, or visit
   the main website and shoot me a message there.

 * [@organu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/organu/) – Sorry for any confusion—
   PickingPal can be used on a mobile, but it does currently require a connected/
   paired barcode scanner. I’ll update the information here on wordpress.org to
   make sure there is no confusion here, but on our main website, we have that information
   shown.
 * Scanning with a phone camera is generally pretty slow and cumbersome, so we’ve
   not looked into supporting camera-based scanning. Bluetooth barcode scanners
   are pretty inexpensive and very fast/efficient.
 * I’ll add mobile camera support into our feature request queue and have our dev
   look into html5-qrscanner (or similar). Thanks!

 * I’m not sure what you mean that it’s not working on mobile phone.
 * Is your barcode scanner connected or paired with your mobile phone? You need
   to have a barcode scanner connected/paired with the device you are using PickingPal
   on.
 * So: mobile phone with a paired/connected barcode scanner should work, if the
   barcode scanner is connected to the mobile device correctly.
 * Please see our FAQs for more information on using PickingPal from a mobile phone:

 * [@organu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/organu/) – You have to scroll up
   on that screen. When you load and order in PickingPal on a mobile phone, the
   first thing you should see is something like this.
 * The cursor will be blinking in the Product SKU field — ready to scan.
 * [https://tinyurl.com/2ym2ro47](https://tinyurl.com/2ym2ro47)
 * (Note: WordPress.org is not uploading my images, so the link will take you to
   a screenshot)
 * If you don’t see that top part of the screen, and you’re scrolled all the way
   up, then something is cutting off the PickingPal view in your install — maybe
   a plugin or theme conflict.

 * [@organu](https://wordpress.org/support/users/organu/) – There are no settings
   or configuration options for Lite. “Additional Skus” is not a feature of Lite
   either, so I’m not exactly clear why you may be getting that error.
 * For Lite, you simply need to add barcode label values to either the native SKU
   or GTIN fields for each product/variation, then you should be able to load an
   order and scan the line items.
 * Can you please copy/paste or upload a System Report — WooCommerce > Status >
   Get System report so I can take a closer look at how your system is configured.
 * Also, please take a screenshot of your PickingPal screen and upload it here.
   We’ll get to the bottom of the issue easy enough!
 * Look forward to hearing back from you!

 * Hey [@dokansa](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dokansa/) – sorry for the
   delayed reply. Can you provide a screen recording that shows that behavior? We’ve
   never seen that behavior in all of our testing, and the code we have in PickingPal
   Pro to change order status is not even present in PickingPal Lite, so I’m not
   sure why that might be happening.
 * Have you ever had another version of PickingPal on the server?
 * Look forward to hearing back from you!

 * [@imtiazrayhan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/imtiazrayhan/) – I updated
   the plugin, and see the option of adding the heading tag.
 * While the page does render with the toggle title with the heading tag, the formatting
   of the <h> tag is not getting applied correctly.
 * Meaning, if I tag a Toggle Title to H3, I really wanted the Title to inherit
   our H3 formatting.
 * Here’s a link to our FAQ page, where the first content toggle is set with an
   H3 tag, but the formatting is still the same as the default formatting:
 * [https://askandyaboutclothes.com/faq/](https://askandyaboutclothes.com/faq/)
 * It’s the content toggle called “What do you think of cuffs and pleats on dress
   pants?”
 * Does that make sense?
