 * For me just now having what seems to be the same problem, installing the “Enable
   JQuery Migrate Helper” plugin solved the problem. The terms of service review
   apparently relies on a jquery function that no longer works without the helper
   plugin.

 * I have a similar problem.
 * What works for me is:
    1. Save all of the codes in a text file or something so
   you can enter them later 2. Disconnect the account 3. Re-connect the account 
   with the updated (or the same) information.
 * While the above process works for me, I seem to have to do it about once a week.
   It seems like the OAuth authorization times out or some similar type of problem.
