 * Hi [@goran_anicic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/goran_anicic/),
 * Sorry, I am not quite following. Did you mean to access/override the iframe’s
   CSS classes from outside the iframe? Because that would not be possible due to
   the nature of the iframe itself.
 * At the moment, the only way to customize the iframe’s content is via custom CSS
   on the plugin’s config page. The classes that can be styled are `.ee-card, .ee-
   card__thumb, .ee-card__info, .ee-card__title, .ee-card__description` and `.ee-
   card__meta`.

 * Hi [@emrikol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/emrikol/),
 * Thank you for noticing the problem. I have just updated the plugin to fix this
   problem as well as some minor improvements. Please update to 1.4.0 and see if
   the problem still persists.
 * Thank you!

 * Hi [@goran_anicic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/goran_anicic/),
 * To customize the iframe/card styling, you can add custom CSS to the plugin’s
   config page. Please note that custom CSS only works for links without a built-
   in embed feature (e.g. internal links, or any links from providers listed [here](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/embeds/#list-of-sites-you-can-embed-from)).
 * See the following screenshots to see a sample custom CSS and its preview.

 * Hi [@servdir1000](https://wordpress.org/support/users/servdir1000/),
 * I saw 2 iframes at the bottom of the page from the above URL. The first one is
   generated by Embed Extended. However, the second one is generated by WordPress
   itself since the source article ([https://www.acainternational.org/news/cfpb-sues-credit-repair-company-over-telemarketing-sales-rule-violation/](https://www.acainternational.org/news/cfpb-sues-credit-repair-company-over-telemarketing-sales-rule-violation/))
   is actually a WordPress site as well. It is part of WordPress’s built-in [embed feature](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/embeds/).
 * To be able to force both iframes to a certain width, you have to include WordPress
   iframe in the custom CSS too. Please try to update your custom CSS as follow
   and see if it works.
 *     ```wp-block-code
       iframe.ee-iframe, iframe.wp-embedded-content {
           width: 600px;
       }

       @media screen and (max-width: 600px) {
           iframe.ee-iframe, iframe.wp-embedded-content {
               width: 300px;
           }
       }
       ```
 * Hope it helps. Thank you!
 * Hi [@servdir1000](https://wordpress.org/support/users/servdir1000/),
 * You can add the following custom CSS to your site to override default Embed Extended
   iframe styling:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       .ee-iframe { width: 600px; }
       @media screen and (max-width: 600px) {
          .ee-iframe { width: 300px; }
       }
       ```

 * Hi [@piero62](https://wordpress.org/support/users/piero62/),
 * The plugin, unfortunately, doesn’t support content rendered on the client-side/
   browser (i.e., with JavaScript). You will get more or less the same result when
   you tried to embed the URL in other platforms. Here is how it looks like when
   the URL is tested with the Facebook embed platform:
 * [https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.ggnome.com%2Fsamples%2Fpano2vr_5%2Ftower%2F](https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.ggnome.com%2Fsamples%2Fpano2vr_5%2Ftower%2F)

 * Hi [@lofimonk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lofimonk/),
 * For twitch.tv, the plugin is not reinventing it and just fetching the embed code
   that they provide since they already have their own embed code. In my opinion,
   you can add the following custom CSS to make it responsive for twitch.tv embed:
 * `iframe[src*="twitch.tv"] { max-width: 100% }`
 * I hope it helps. Thank you!

 * Hi [@christinapitt76](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christinapitt76/),
 * Unfortunately, the plugin could not create an embed card for Veoh video since
   there is no embed information provided by Veoh for third-party applications to
   use it. You will get the same result posting the above page on Facebook or Twitter.
 * I hope it helps. Thank you!

 * Hi [@kashmiri](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kashmiri/),
 * Thank you for your report and feedback!
 * The use of the iframe is for a security reason and also due to a limited improvement
   that can be done with an ordinary `div` instead of an iframe. However, for the
   current version, you can still opt to use a div by setting the following constant
   on wp-config.php:
    `define( 'EMBED_EXTENDED_LEGACY_CARD', true );`
 * As for what causes the badly styled issue on your site, I am not quite sure.
   Could you provide a screenshot or maybe a temporary staging site for me to better
   inspect it? I am also going to check the bugs you have reported and provide an
   update soon if necessary.

 * Hi [@philw123](https://wordpress.org/support/users/philw123/) and [@chenmantous](https://wordpress.org/support/users/chenmantous/),
 * I think I have found the problem. Some files seem to be missing on the version
   1.2.2 update, which causes some issues like the missing settings page.
 * I have just released a new version update (1.2.3) that added those missing files.
   Please update the installed plugin on your site to the latest one to fix the
   problem.
 * Thank you.

 * Hello [@chenmantous](https://wordpress.org/support/users/chenmantous/),
 * Thank you for reporting the problem.
 * Could you let me know a bit more detail about the environment on your site? For
   example are the WordPress version, PHP version, Apache/NGINX/LiteSpeed, as well
   as the browser (Chrome/Firefox/etc) being used to open the page.

 * Hi [@philw123](https://wordpress.org/support/users/philw123/),
 * Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I realized that I have not created documentation
   for customizing the card yet. I will create it soon in the coming days.
 * For now, there is no setting to easily changes the card template yet. However,
   with some degree of PHP and WordPress scripting knowledge, you can easily replace
   the default template file with the one you created. Here is an example of how
   to replace the template file:
 *     ```
       function my_embed_card($file, $name) {
         if ($name === 'embed-content') {
           $file = '/path/to/your/template/file.php';
         }
         return $file;
       }
       add_filter('embed_extended_template', 'my_embed_card', 10, 2);
       ```
 * As for the second question, I can’t say what is the problem without looking at
   the site itself. To check if there is a conflict with other plugins/themes, try
   to temporarily disable all other plugins and use a default theme (e.g., Twenty
   Twenty). If the settings page not blank anymore, try to enable it one-by-one
   until the problem happens again.
 * I hope it answers your questions.
 * Hi [@soyoyo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/soyoyo/),
 * Embedding YouTube video is natively supported by WordPress, so it should work
   even without this plugin. Just to be sure, please try to deactivate the plugin
   and see if the problem still persist.
