I don’t use SSL on the website and both addresses are exact the same. For some reason my home url is showing the meta description of my ‘product archive’ page (which is not my static homepage). I had the same issue. I had WP Super cache installed. I know that this image size is standard by facebook. But in my case, my featured images are bigger than the size used by facebook. So facebook shows only a part of the images. Facebook doesnt resizes the big image. * What i want to do is to resize the featured image to the size used by facebook.
