Hi, I am having the same issue. The confirmation message with the green box is displayed, but no email is received. I just wanted to let you know that the FAQ you have listed above doesn’t help. Could you please advise why the emails are not being sent?
**Update: I’ve got it working. I added [_site_admin_email] in the From field under the Mail settings and installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin. After doing this, the contact form is working.
