I will recheck it on a different computer later today, but it’s looking good from here. The form works, the redirect works, and the email notification works. Not sure what the issue was, but I’ll take it. As far as permissions go, the associated spreadsheet is only shared with one other staff person. It is published to the web. * I did find that when I looked at the source code for Google’s live version of the same form, there’s a link tagged “edit this form” which has the class “ss- edit-form”. It seems to occupy the same place in the code as the link I see on our page.
