You’re not a developer, but I believe, you should understand, that time depends on theme. There are very many WordPress themes. Some of them works good without code customization, some of them needs few minutes, but some of them – few hours. Theme – it’s not only what you see, it’s code inside. * Can you give me example of such multifunctional plugin, which works fine with any theme our from the box? I believe, it’s impossible… * We’re trying to improve our support. But as you understand – WP-Property is a free plugin. Many thousand of people are using it.
