 * Ok I have solved the issue.
 * The lookup tables are not updated until you update the product in the admin. 
   This is a HUGE PAIN, but has nothing to do with the actual sorting filter. It
   is more of an issue with ACF.
 * So, what I did was did bulk updates on all the products, 20 at a time, without
   changing any information. After doing this, the filters work great!

 * UPDATE #2:
 * It appears as if my issue is the following:
 * When updating ACF field data via the wordpress rest API, the lookup table for
   the product is not regenerated. So, by going to WooCommerce Status -> Tools -
   > Lookup Tables and clicking Regenerate, the issue should be resolved.
 * I will post here later on the results.

 * Ok, update!
 * If I go in to each product, and MANUALLY hit update, the filter now works for
   them…
 * however I have like 1500 posts to do this for.
 * Is there some way to automate this? Do you all know why this behavior is happening?
