Getting the thing validating is an imperative first step. But it might still bork in one browser or another. If it is come back. But no one can fix it in that state. It is not the forum record. Remember they _cascade_ down to ul li ul li. Then add a user to the database. These steps can be carried out in CPanel. Go to mysql and set up the db and add the user.
