 * one more question, where are the databases for my site? are they in the wp folders?
   i am most worried about this as I know nothing about dbases.

 * the nav links work but all the links for the posts & pages dont work.

 * weird, I put the link in but it didnt show up.

 * I didnt do any of those things.
    I deleted a bunch of old files from the root
   directory (wp is in a dif folder) and I think I spazzed & deleted something I
   shouldnt have.
