    Database Upgrade Required

 * I have even tried to upload wp files from another site that works, still forcing
   me to upgrade my database on the CA site.
    Please help…

 * Hi,
    Got busy with other things, so now back. I tried everything, a complete 
   new download and install of WP 3.0.1, and got blank pages instead. So I re uploaded
   my original files, before the upgrade to 3, and now I get this redirect: [http://www.california-science.info/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F](http://www.california-science.info/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F)
   which upgrades my database, says my upgrade is complete, goes back to my login
   page, and then redirects me here: [http://www.california-science.info/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.california-science.info%2Fwp-admin%2F](http://www.california-science.info/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.california-science.info%2Fwp-admin%2F)
   which is the same place I was at before, the login page. Very frustrating! I 
   need to access my admin! Any other suggestions? I hate to lose all my content,
   but can if it means being able to get back in.

 * OK, thanks. I followed the resetting plugins, but that didn’t fix it. I don’t
   seem to have a /twentyten/ directory. I have default and classic. Thanks, and
   will try again tomorrow.

 * Sure, and thanks for checking.
    When I try to log in, it stays on the admin login
   page instead of actually logging me in the admin page. So, in other words, I 
   get nowhere.
