In reply to: [PlugNedit] What happens to my content if I uninstall PlugNedit? The question is what happens when the PlugNedit server is not available? These pages are constructed using a web service which key components to page construction and editing resides on a 3rd party server.
There is a conflict wi6h Mingle and Simplemodal login. The lost password routine in Simplemodal Login breaks. If you need Mingle, then uninstall Simplemodal login.
Here is a link to a older version which works:

Will be degrading this plugin at Talking Manuals. The password reset is broken and the author has not responded to these post. This is a critical error.

In reply to: [MoodThingy Mood Rating Widget] only for registrer usersGood question. Like comments, you would have to be logged in prior to commenting. I would like to see a control panel for each Moodthingy object. Currently all of the settings are global.
What other files would you like to clean up. I am thinking this plugin is the ultimate in database clean up utilities for WordPress.
Conflicts with Headway theme engine too. Went back to .0.23 – and uninstalled v 1.0.2.

Hi mymarketingfile,
I am an editor at talking manuals and the staff has standardized on using Ether Content Builder for most of the page layout. The plugin is maintained and with regular updates. The author is developing a WP template engine for non coders. These are both premium plugins.
See plugin review at: http://talkingmanuals.com/content-builder-review
There will be other products that will be reviewed in the future.
Regards,
Ron
Hi mymarketingfile,
From what I could understand from your post is that you want to provide a hosting service so that non coders would be able to design a WP template and page layout. There are all ready products which exist. I personally do not hosting services when the client or WP developer can purchase the plugin.
For instance, Blogger is a hosted solution, however the client does not get the value of having the app on their server. The trade off, in the long run, is not for the client but instead in favor for Blogger.
