 * Yes, sorry. We switched from NOOKED to your WP Hour Booking. A geta program that
   I think will od us just fine for our client.
 * I do have a question though. There are many columns in the report spreadsheet
   that would never be used such as final price, app duration, formoid etc that 
   would never be used.
 * is there a way in the plugin to edit this template as it will never be used and
   would be cleaner for our client’s use?
 * and are there filters to only send certain days or ranges in the report?
