 * Thanks mate, this pdf file was on 644 but i found in another post to change it
   777 for fix but didnt work. So its not a issue at all. i will revert to its original
   settings.
 * Critical issue is about pdf file should be available for users to click and download.
   I tried many ways to fix it but no success yet.

 * Thanks mate, i dont think webhost have placed any restriction on pdf file websites
   as earlier basic html based website had many pdf files embedded and worked well.
