I haven’t made any customizations to the WC thankyou page. It seems really odd that it was working just fine since June last year and then all of a sudden stopped working on 29 Jan. This made me wonder if there was perhaps a plugin incompatibility issue or possibly something to do with caching. For variable products the ecomm_prodid variable seems to grab the group id rather than the individual variation id. This is causing another matching issue with the FB catalogue which is organised by variation id. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. * I spoke to my hosting provider. They reset all the permissions and asked me to try again but still no joy – so they suggested I get back in touch with you. Appreciate any other ideas you can provide.
