 * Thanks for your reply, However I do not have any plugins running or other security
   settings running. 
   Is there another way to allow not authorized users to perform
   this action ? — EDIT — There was a default plugin from the hosting company which
   was blocking. Seems to be resolved now! Thanks for heading me in the correct 
   directions
