 * i figured it out. I didn’t know i needed to add a condition to show the menu.
   I thought it automatically added it. I set the condition to site and the header
   now works.

 * I am having this same issue and the header shows up when i deactivate Jeg kit.
   Please help because I have not heard back from Envato about this. I have tried
