 * I’m experiencing the same issue. My devices register, I mark them for development,
   I never see anything get added to the messages table and there are no errors 
   in the log file.
 * I know the keys are good because I can use an external test script to send APNS
   notifications which I receive on my devices. Now the missing piece is to get 
   wordpress to try and send the message.
 * Any suggestion?

 * The WP E-Commerce Plugin seems to be the culprit.

 * Well it was probably a plug in that caused this. Not until I deactivated the 
   plugins could I upload photos.
 * I’m going to mark this resolved.
