 * I’m having the same problem! The test worked fine but now real sales won’t go
   through.
    There is another thread on this problem from about 7 months ago, and
   a vague bit of code was suggested to change which I tried and it did not resolve
   the problem.
 * This appears to be a serious problem and one would assume it would have been
   addressed by now!
 * Please give us help on this with FULL code to fix it, or supply a patch or even
   a new php file.
    (Meanwhile no sales are going through) Many thanks,
 * –Rob

 * Got back in to the back end after refining my searches to find this help:
 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using
   FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * This got me back to the admin and now i’ll try to fix or tweak the template.

 * **I got this solved now!**
    To see the Screen Options Menu after a new install
   of WP 3.1, you have to deactivate the Jetpack plugin, which is automatically
   activated from the install. Jetpack has that large banner in the admin. log in
   area and actually blocks (sits over top of) the _Screen Options_ and _Help_ menus
   in the upper right corner.
 * Once plugin is turned off, you’ll see the missing menu.
